Clinical Project Manager NY 90 - Open (J#28238)
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 4 - 9 years

The Population Councils HIV and AIDS Program seeks a Clinical Project Manager who will be responsible for the implementation and oversight of key operational aspects of HIV Microbicides Phase 1-3 clinical trials. This person will ensure the timely completion of clinical studies, in accordance with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines. Responsibilities include participation in the design and writing of protocols, study reports, and informed consent documents; developing and maintaining clinical SOPs; coordinating the training of clinical staff on SOPs, recordkeeping, monitoring, etc.; and managing the clinical budget and resources related to the conduct of clinical studies.

A degree in the field of healthcare is required (Masters degree preferred); minimum five years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech clinical research operations field; knowledge of regulatory guidelines; demonstrated ability to manage Phase 1-3 international multicenter clinical trials; excellent interpersonal, English oral and written communication skills; willingness to travel.
