| Content Manager CT Open (J#45105) Title: Content Manager Company: Workforce Integration Job Description: Job Description: Our client, a Major Pharmaceutical Manufacturer, is currently looking for an outgoing professional who to fill a Content Manager position. This is a leadership role and is important in not only organizing the content for pharmaceutical marketing materials, but also write some of the content directly. Job duties will include but not be limited to: - Responsible for focusing on tasks of highest value- resolving issues and conflict, creating Master Copy for final production, creating consistency across brands, interfacing with partners to continuously improve processes, providing style guidance and overseeing best practices for review. - Responsible for helping to update and train new and seasoned team members on the Ensemble Process and Tempo - Collect, disseminate, and post approved outcomes from the Ensemble Concept Reviews and Management Consultation Meetings - Verify that the content of the promotional projects are ready for Ensemble review and Ensuring that all Ensemble Review Team comments are captured and sent to the Agency. Provides style guidance and oversees best practices for review of promotional projects and ensures that all required changes are made by the Agencies. - Responsible for fully understanding the Marketing and Managed Markets strategic and tactical plans. Works with the therapeutic account team and brand team to prioritize and determine the tactical pieces to ensure that the review priority is based on need. - Ensure that all permissions, references, claims, fair balance etc, are acceptable and accurate to BIPI guidances and SOPs. - Be proactive and responsible for providing and updating guidelines to ensure guidelines are followed. Also responsible for ensuring that all partners and stakeholders have an ongoing understanding of Ensemble and Tempo. - Based on solid knowledge and experience responsible to act as reviewers for their brand(s)/therapeutic in the Ensemble Review Process, ensuring the best quality of the materials and compliant with FDA regulations. - Responsible for facilitating the Ensemble Review Process ensuring that correct business behaviors are maintained. Responsible for facilitating feedback to team members when behaviors are not adequate and that these issues are addressed in a timely manner. - Responsible for recommending a review pathway for all pieces, and judge which promotional pieces should be reviewed on-line and which should be discussed, based on issues, in meetings. - Based on knowledge and experience responsible for negotiating solutions and resolving conflict. Also responsible for proactively recommending solutions which satisfy all parties and yet solutions adhere to regulations, laws, policies, SOPs, etc. Responsible for probing for information to clarify issues and improve process. - Work with the TAL to help establish and implement timelines which are assessed and based on adequate time for creation, market research, review time, corrections etc. - Responsible for maintaining, from a content manager perspective, the DAL, especially assigned brands and recommends a maintenance structure/approach. Requirements: - Bachelor s Degree in Journalism, English, Marketing, Communications or any other writing intensive program. - 4-7 years experience in a Pharmaceutical Marketing, Sales or Agency organization, with a solid understanding of the Medical, Legal, & DRA review of promotional materials required. - Demonstrated strong communication, organizational, time management, ability to facilitate, attention to detail, and process skills required. - Demonstrated relationship management and influencing abilities required. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability in conflict management, negotiation. - In depth knowledge of FDA/DDMAC regulations. - Demonstrated ability to manage large projects, multi-task and achieved desired results - History of successful performance through fast and focused execution, strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to foster a collaborative environment About the Company: Workforce Integration - Wi? is a WBENC certified Recruiting Firm that specializes in a wide range of solutions and services.
