The Associate Medical Director - Self Administration of Injectable Systems (SAIS) is responsible for sustaining a medical and scientific culture focusing on SAIS and BDPS products with a specific emphasize placed on SAIS drug delivery systems and for facilitating high level contacts with customer's medical and scientific upper management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business growth activities:

Provides medical and scientific support to strategic marketing, sales & operational marketing, research & development functional leaders as well as platform and core team leaders. Responsible for collecting and analyzing scientific and medical published literatures related to the therapeutic classes and disease management targeted as business growth opportunities with a primary focus on self-administration technologies and business opportunities. As much possible she or he will participate to customer facing activities establishing and developing privileged interaction with business development and R&D customer teams. Deliver to WW self-administration leader teams (Europe, US, Asia Pac) comprehensive and concise review and guidance of subject matter specifically designed to facilitate high level interaction with customers notably in the field of therapeutic classes eligible for injectable self-administration. Contributes with Advanced Technology and Strategic Marketing Teams to collect medical and scientific information about emerging new technologies in the field of chronic treatment delivery with specific emphasize placed on self-administrated drugs.
