The Associate Director Regulatory Compliance - External Manufacturing (EM) manages activities related to regulatory compliance of the EM site as well as External Manufacturing, External Laboratories, and Suppliers. This individual assists to ensure EM and all External sites are in full compliance with regulatory, industry, J & J and McNeil requirements. This individual resolves planned and unplanned issues by recommending and monitoring corrective measures. The Associate Director Regulatory Compliance - External Manufacturing establishes inspection readiness programs and ensures that site quality systems supporting the facility are maintained in a state of inspection readiness.
