Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceutical Research & Development, L.L.C., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an Associate Director - Regulatory Quality Management, located in Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or High Wycombe, UK.

This Associate Director - Regulatory Quality Management is responsible for managing and coordinating GRA in its compliance with regulatory obligations globally. It includes partnering with GRA functional line management, R&D QA, GDO QM, GMS and the EU QPPV Pharma to ensure the overall compliance of its regulatory quality management systems and processes. For Regulatory Quality Management needs this role includes the ability to lead the implementation and ongoing monitoring of GRA compliance activities liaising with other quality organizations as appropriate; to manage the organization's state of inspection readiness and ensure corrective action plans are effectively monitored within GRA; to drive process improvement initiatives, including the development and application of key performance indicators as a means of measuring organizational efficiencies; to ensure that applicable regulatory requirements are maintained as controlled documents and related-strategic planning activities are coordinated and aligned; and to liaise with other quality-partnered organizations to ensure follow-through on agreements and alignment of process hand-offs.
