| Assistant General Counsel VA Open (J#26869) Title: Assistant General Counsel Company: GCC Consulting Mortgage Provider seeks Assistant General Counsel with 5-7 years experience including direct and substantial experience with legislative and regulatory proceedings. This position in the legislative and regulatory affairs department provides legal and strategic analysis, advice and advocacy on a range of legislative, regulatory and public policy issues that affect the company. Will participate in development of corporate policy positions and regulatory submissions. Advise on legal and public policy implications of business activities. Represents the company before regulatory agencies and other outside parties in connection with legislative and regulatory matters.
