Influences the organization s outsourcing strategy based on the evolving needs of internal stakeholders and industry trends. Manages a team of vendor contract managers to execute timely, cost effective agreements that are in compliance with GCP, applicable local laws, and internal SOPs. Leads governance bodies for key vendor categories including CROs and central labs to ensure work is performed in accordance with master agreements, provide feedback loops, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Works closely with Clinical Business Planning team to ensure alignment on study budget assumptions throughout clinical trial lifecycle including impact of pending change orders.
