Performs general Accounts Payable duties including but not limited to opening mail, filing, auditing of various accounts/invoices, reconciliation of various accounts/invoices and timely data entry. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: Opens and distributes mail Performs filing Allocates invoices to proper General Ledger accounts.
