| Contract Training Specialist MA Open (J#45066) Title: Contract Training Specialist Company: The Winter Job Description: Have you worked in a QA or manufacturing environment as a trainer? Our client, a life sciences company located in Metro Boston, seeks a contract Training Specialist for one year! Responsibilities: * Conduct needs analysis, trend results, training effectiveness checks, and reporting on training information * Support and coordinate the design of technical and organizational development training * Provide guidance on development of program content, tools, and exercises (both computer and classroom based) * Teach other trainers and evaluate their level of skills Qualifications: * Must have prior experience developing, delivering, and assessing training in classroom settings, competency-based, and computer based programs * Proven skills in needs analysis, instructional design, and classroom training * Ability to work effectively both independently and with employees at all levels of organization * Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills * Flexible personality and comfort in learning new electronic systems * Knowledge of Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs in a pharmaceutical environment highly preferred * 3-5 years GMP experience in a manufacturing or quality function a strong preference * Bachelors degree JOB ID: 117261 **Please note, our client is considering local candidates only at this time.
