| Compliance Analyst TX Open (J#45161) Title: Compliance Analyst Company: Orthofix Inc. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance Analyst will assist the Director of Compliance to develop, coordinate and support compliance functions and activities. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (essential functions of position): Nothing in this job description restricts management s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. - The duties may focus on one of more major elements of a Corporate Compliance Program as directed by the Director of Compliance. - Develop, maintain and implement tracking and reporting mechanisms related to compliance initiatives and activities. - Review and analyze results of audits and monitoring activities and prepares reports detailing the findings. - Assist in development of corrective action plans resulting from auditing and monitoring activities, as necessary. - Assist in development and delivery of compliance education and training programs. - Assist in sanctions screening process as directed. - Assist in development and maintenance of policies and procedures and related forms to support Orthofix s Compliance Program and related initiatives. - Lead, facilitate, or participate in relevant work groups or committees. - Represent the department in various meetings, communicate activities, and lead and implement actions. - Proactively identify areas of improvement for the Corporate Compliance Program participate in development ofcompliance performance improvement projects.
