Currently we are working on opportunities within the following specific area, and continuously work in many other areas within the pharmaceutical industry: Clinical SOP Integration Consultant - SOP Writer - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SME) to identify the process steps for any given process and be able to reproduce that in SOP text, as well as process flows - Interact with staff at all levels of the organization to obtain information relative to process - Work across teams and disciplines to facilitate global, harmonized and integrated process development - Provide compliance expertise and solutions where there are differences of opinion regarding best process - Work under the supervision and direction of the Director, SOP & Training Management and support the Global Compliance team in accomplishing its goals - Demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach, while facilitating to ensure that there is agreement in designing efficient, straight-forward and streamlined processes - Be an excellent communicator and solution-oriented individual - Have excellent writing and presentation skills Requirements - BS Life Sciences - 5-7 years of experience across Clinical Operations - Previous experience writing SOP's - Strong working knowledge best practices for SOP s and operations across the clinical spectrum (Clinical Operations, Data Management, Drug Safety, Regulatory Affairs) - Strong technical writing skills, strong working knowledge of clinical development SOP s - Strong communication skills, ability to facilitate constructive compromises | |||
